Komet has developed a new, particularly efficient bone cutter made of tungsten carbide, the H162SL for use in oral surgery. This tapered bone cutter is an all-rounder for surgical interventions on bones.

The impressive advantages of the H162SL really come into their own when it comes to separating or cutting bones and during axial perforation. Typical indications include axial penetration of the bone as part of an apicectomy and the removal of impacted wisdom teeth. The cutter is particularly suitable for cutting hard dental substance and fragmenting dental roots.
