204SD XP posterior-distal Scaler

Universal scaler with curvature for use in the anterior and posterior regions. Very fine and delicate working ends and thus improved access even in crowded cases and overlaps.

Scalers are used supragingivally to remove soft and hard deposits such as tartar above the gumline. Due to their pointed shape, they are not suitable for subgingival work. Scalers taper to a point. The working end of the instruments consists of a facial surface, working surfaces (also called lateral surfaces) and cutting edges.

XP Technology® is a patented process for the surface treatment of dental instrument tips. The metallurgical composition of the instrument surface is designed to make the material much more durable. Time-consuming sharpening of instruments is eliminated!

Sharpening: XP instrument tips must not be sharpened.
